Postfach2PDF is an Outlook add-in that saves emails and their attachments as PDF files, entirely on your own device. It renders the email subject, headers and body to PDF, embeds PDF and image attachments directly into the file page-by-page, and lists anything it can’t embed (Office documents, ZIPs, oversized or corrupted files) on a clear notice page instead of silently dropping it. A compose-mode lets you convert attachments to PDF before sending, and multiple emails can be exported in one batch. There is no server, no account and no analytics — everything runs locally inside Outlook.
