Eligibility
To use Twylo, you must meet the following criteria:

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Twylo only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your account secure and confidential.
- Be respectful and avoid harassing or harming others.
- Report any suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- 1.Use Twylo to send spam, solicit, or promote illegal activities.
- 2.Impersonate another person or misrepresent yourself.
- 3.Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
- 4.Collect data about other users without consent.
- 5.Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation tools.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Twylo Gold (Premium Features)
Twylo Gold offers additional paid features, including:
- Adjustable search radius.
- Enhanced profile visibility.
- Unlimited matches and interactions.
5.1 Subscription Terms
- Twylo Gold is offered as a subscription plan (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months).
- Payments are processed through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
5.3 Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. For issues, contact twylo-app@schantastic.com.
Content Ownership and License
6.1 User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you post on Twylo, including photos, messages, and profile details.
- By uploading content, you grant Twylo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for app-related purposes.
6.2 Twylo's Content
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and app features, belongs to Twylo. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written permission.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- 1.Violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
- 2.Provide false or incomplete information.
- 3.Engage in behavior that threatens the safety of others.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support at twylo-app@schantastic.com.
Safety and Disclaimers
8.1 User Interactions
Twylo does not conduct background checks on users. Exercise caution and follow safety guidelines when interacting with others.
8.2 Disclaimers
Twylo is provided "as-is" without guarantees. We are not responsible for:
- User behavior or interactions.
- Service interruptions or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Twylo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Twylo Gold in the last 6 months.
Privacy
Your use of Twylo is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to how we collect, process, and store your data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Your continued use of Twylo after changes indicates your acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Users in other regions may also be entitled to protections under their local consumer protection laws.
